Well!! Where to begin! I had battled a particularly long drawn out bout of depression and had gone as far as I could with my GP, counselling and support groups, all of which were amazing but I still felt as though I was floundering and aimless. I had so much to do but no motivation to do it so nothing ever got done 😟. The clutter in my life was overwhelming. I had six sessions with Vicky and, slowly but surely, the fog started to lift. With a whiteboard, marker and a bit of logic, she helped me sort the chaos in my head. I have absolutely no idea exactly how the magic works but it does. Don’t get me wrong, I still struggle but the tools we discussed have helped me enormously so I’m in a position to help myself much more now.

Having Coach Vicki in your corner is a superpower. Through working with Vicki I was able to take steps in both my professional and home life that lead to real, tangible milestones and changes that I am so proud of. The actions came from me, but the coaching, the course correction, the encouragement, the empowerment and the ability to take those actions were all because of my sessions with Vicki, which I came to love. Our sessions were both in person and online, which worked perfectly for me as I run my own business and am time poor. We always found a way to make it work and it is exactly this sense of possibility, of being open to opportunity and making a (sometimes tiny) effort to move towards it that I'll cherish from our collaboration.
